The Elgin & District Pipes and Drums is a non-competition street / concert band made up of men and women with various levels of experience and backgrounds.
We enjoy supporting our communities by offering excellent musicianship at parades, ceremonies and other functions.
We are always open to newcomers, experienced pipers or drummers.
